Here's what you need to know in case of changes to your Island Hopping trip: Cancellations: Partial cancellations of a single leg are not permitted if the ticket includes the dedicated discount. In case of total cancellation, standard penalties apply (see below). Changes: Tickets can be changed upon payment of the fare difference, if applicable. Please note: Cancellations cannot be made online. They must be requested at the issuing office and will be processed during opening hours.

Refund Tables (Total Cancellation). Notice prior to departure. Refund percentage:

• from issue to 14 days prior: 100% (no penalty);
• 13 to 7 days prior to departure 75%;
• 6 days to 12 hours prior to departure: 50%;
• less than 12 hours or No-Show, no refund.

Open Ticket Management: if you decide to convert your trip to an Open Ticket, please remember these rules: Validity: 1 year exactly from the original departure date. Flexibility: You can make your ticket Open a maximum of 2 times. Restrictions: Once rebooked, the ticket becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. Fare adjustment: If the original category is not available at the time of rebooking, you can choose a higher category (paying the difference) or a lower category (without the right to a refund of the difference).
