1) How and when do I get to the port to check in?

Check on your ticket when to present yourself at the port at the shipping company's office to check in and collect your Boarding Pass by showing your tickets and identity documents.

Check-in can only be done on the day of departure regardless of the conversion channel used. In the event that the check-in is carried out through the C&T APP, a QRCode will be generated which will have a limited duration and, once expired, will simply have to be regenerated (the operation will not involve any additional cost for the passenger), subject to validity of the ticket purchased.

To board the ferry, the following documents must be presented at check-in:
  • Ferry ticket
  • ID card
  • Passport for travel abroad
Important
ALL PASSENGERS, INCLUDING CHILDREN AND INFANTS, MUST HAVE VALID (NOT EXPIRED) IDENTITY DOCUMENTS. PASSENGERS WITHOUT IDENTITY DOCUMENTS, OR WITH EXPIRED DOCUMENTS, WILL NOT BE BOARDED. Social security Cards are NOT recognised as identity documents. A driving licence is NOT an identity document valid for travel abroad.

3) What are the rules for boarding?

THE TICKET MUST BE PRESENTED AT BOARDING TOGETHER WITH THE IDENTITY DOCUMENTS OF ALL PASSENGERS.
Failure to present or partial presentation of the ticket will result in a request for payment of a new ticket.
Only the name of the person concerned appears on the ticket. The other names are on the passenger list held by the Maritime Company.
Any page printed from our website does NOT constitute either a transport document or a booking confirmation, excluding PDF files of purchased tickets.
